Do you offer prescription lenses?

No, we do not offer prescription lenses as we do not have the facilities to create prescription lenses.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email from our courier company with the tracking number once the order has left the warehouse. You can also use the tracking tool on our website. If the tracking number does not work, please try again after a few hours, as it may take a while for the system to update the latest information.

Can I modify my order?

We cannot guarantee that we will be able to get to you in time to make the change or cancel it.

Once an order has been processed, no changes or cancellations can be made, however, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team at info@sleeksco.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Using our free shipping option, you can expect your order between 3 and 9 days.
